Dave grew up in Ireland where he cut his teeth drawing penises all over his friend's school books. Dave left all of that behind him after school to pursue a career which didn't involve drawing penises. After a 14-year hiatus Dave is back drawing again. Just not penises. For now.

2. Digitally, with a Wacom Intuos tablet in Photoshop combined with some fine-detail painting on an iPad Pro with Apple Pencil and Procreate.

3. Usually takes anywhere between 50-150 hours depending on the piece. Lebowski was about 30 hours of painting whereas Aliens/Jaws/True Romance are 120+ hours of painting. This is often on top of about 15-20 hours of conceptualising which includes sketching/getting reference together and standing in the shower thinking.
